Timur Atsüren

General Manager

Timur Atsüren completed his undergraduate studies at the Department of Tourism Management at Yeditepe University. After having received his graduate degree from the Department of Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado in 2007, Timur Atsüren started his professional career in the United States of America. Between 2005-2008 he worked as Purchasing Specialist at The Little Nell, between 2008-2010 as Purchasing Manager at Sodexo, between 2010-2012 again as Purchasing Manager at Aksigorta (Ak Insurance). Mr. Atsüren then joined Acıbadem Healthcare Group in 2013 and worked there as Business Development and Project Manager. He then became Deputy Director at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital and Operation Director (COO) at Acıbadem Serbia Bel Medic. He served as Deputy General Manager at the Anadolu Medical Center between January 01, 2022 and July 01, 2022. Mr. Atsüren has been serving as General Manager at Anadolu Medical Center since July 2022.

Kenan Keklikci, MD, professor

Medical Services Director

Kenan Keklikci, MD, professor completed his medical education at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine and his specialization at Gülhane Military Medical Academy Haydarpasa Training Hospital, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology. In 2007, he became an assistant professor, in 2014 an associate professor and in 2021 a professor. Kenan Keklikci, MD, professor worked as a faculty member at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Faculty of Medicine between 2007-2014. In 2016, he started working as an orthopedics and traumatology specialist at Anadolu Medical Center. Kenan Keklikci, MD, professor serve as Medical Services Director at Anadolu Medical Center since July 2023.

Aslı Akyavaş

Director of International Services

Ms. Akyavaş graduated from Bosporus University, Department of International Relations in 1996. She completed a certificate program in Marketing at the University of California in 2002. Between 1996 and 2001, she worked as International Advertising and Product Manager at Arçelik; as Marketing Director at Ricline Textiles between 2002 and 2004. She worked at Anadolu Medical Center as International Services Supervisor between August 1, 2005 and January 1, 2007 and as International Services Manager between January 1, 2007 and April 1, 2010. Ms. Akyavaş has been serving as Director of International Services at Anadolu Medical Center since April 2010.

Birsen Civil Subaş, MSN

Patient Care and Nursing Services Director

Born in 1978 in Trabzon, Ms. Subaş graduated from the Nursing School at Marmara University in 2001. She then received her graduate degree from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, School of Health Sciences at Marmara University in 2004 and completed the MBA program at Maltepe University in 2009.After having started her career as a nurse in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit at Memorial Şişli Hospital in 2001, Ms. Subaş worked as a nurse in the General Intensive Care Unit at the International Hospital between 2003-2005. Then she joined Anadolu Medical Center between 2005-2015 where she respectively worked as a Supervisor Nurse, Manager at the Department of Neurosciences, Manager in charge of Training and Research and as Assistant Director at the Department of Patient Care and Nursing Services. Between 2015- 2021, Ms. Subaş worked at Ankara Güven Hospital respectively as Quality and Training Nursing Services Manager, Nursing Services Coordinator and as Nursing Services Director.Ms. Subaş is the Patient Care and Nursing Services Director at Anadolu Medical Center since September 21, 2021.

Timuçin Yurdanur

Director of Financial Affairs

Mr. Yurdanur graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University in 1997. He completed the Executive MBA program at Koç University in 2004. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Timuçin Yurdanur started working as Financial Control Specialist at the Office of Financial Affairs at Anadolu Industry Holding in 1997 and continued to work there as a Financial Controller after 2001. Mr. Yurdanur became Financial Control Manager at Anadolu Medical Center in 2005 and he has been serving as Director of Financial Affairs since January 2010.

Atakan Muhammet KARAMAN

Atakan Muhammet Karaman graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Mathematics Engineering in 1992. Between 1992 and 1993, he worked as a System Analyst/Programmer at Pro-Data Bilgisayar A.Ş. He worked as a System Specialist between February 1996 and January 2002, as an ERP Technical Team Manager between January 2002 and October 2002, and as a Corporate Systems Manager between November 2002 and December 2003 at Anadolu Endüstri Holding A.Ş. In Anadolu Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.; He worked as Enterprise Systems Manager between January 2004 – December 2004, Service Development Manager between January 2005 – February 2006, Business Systems Manager between March 2006 – June 2006, Business Systems Manager between July 2006 – October 2009, Product Development Manager between November 2009 – December 2010, Product Development and Business Systems Manager between January 2011 and April 2011, Enterprise Application Services Manager between May 2011 and February 2014, and Enterprise Application Services Director between March 2014 and October 2017. At Anadolu Grup Holding A.Ş; He worked as Business Solutions Director between November 2017 and August 2023. He has been working as the Information Systems Director at Anadolu Medical Center as of September 1, 2023.

Yalın Okyay

Human Resources Director

Yalın Okyay was born in Ankara, in 1979. He graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School in 1997 and from the School of Business Administration at the Istanbul University in 2001. Between January 2004 - December 2006, he worked as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist at Toyotetsu Turkey. Mr. Okyay then worked at the Anadolu Industry Holding Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist between December 2006 – February 2008, as Human Resources Specialist between March 2008 – December 2008 and as Human Resources Manager between January 2009 – February 2011. Mr. Okyay then started at the Anadolu Medical Center where he worked as a Human Resources Supervisor between March 2011 – December 2011, as Human Resources Manager between January 2012 – December 2017 and as Human Resources Deputy Director between January 2018 – December 2019. Mr. Yalın Okyay became the Human Resources Director on 01.01.2020. Mr. Okyay is fluent in English.

Dr. Özgür Devrim Kılıç

Deputy Chief Medical Officer / Physician-in-Chief - Managing Director

Dr. Özgür Devrim Kılıç completed the Ondokuz Mayıs University Medical School in 1996, and master’s programme in health management at the Okan University in 2012. He worked at his own institutions between 1997 and 2010. After 2010, he worked as the manager at Pendik Şifa Hospital, Istanbul Bölge Hospital, Medicalpark Göztepe Hospital and Memorial Ataşehir Hospital. Dr. Kılıç joined Anadolu Medical Center in 2014 as physician in charge of a floor within the Medical Services Department. He has been serving as Deputy Chief Medical Officer / Physician in Chief – Managing Director since January 1, 2016.

Levent Yiğit

Domestic Business Development and Sales Director

After graduating from the Department of Healthcare Management at Başkent University in 1999, Mr. Levent Yiğit received his master's degree from the Department of Numerical Methods at Marmara University in 2003. He started his career at the Acıbadem Healthcare Group and worked there as Marketing Specialist between 2000-2005. Mr. Levent Yiğit joined the Anadolu Medical Center in 2005 and worked as Corporate Services Manager until 2010. After working as Marketing Coordinator at the Memorial Healthcare Group between 2010-2012, he rejoined the Anadolu Medical Center in 2012. There he worked as Administrative Services Deputy Director between 2012-2014. After working as Domestic Business Development Deputy Director since 2014, Mr. Levent Yiğit has been assigned as Domestic Business Development and Sales Director at the Anadolu Medical Center on February 1, 2022.
