We asked our employees "You are at our center. What is at your center?” Some of them said "my family", some "my child", and some "my job" and we received many beautiful messages. And we wanted to show them our support and gratefulness with our surprise gifts. There's health, love and sharing in our heart!
We are at the Heart of Health, and what is it in your heart?
One from among the internal communication projects which we fulfilled in 2016 for the sake of having our innovated vision, mission and values adopted by our employees was "What is it in your heart" as well. We asked all our employees "You are in our focal point, what is it in yours?" We requested them to write down the things in the center of their lives on the cards which we prepared and cast such into the boxes located in the personnel entrance and the cafeteria. Some of them said "my family", some "my child", and some "my job" . The project which we launched in June continues to attract intense attention. We shall give special gifts to the ones who are in the heart of 3 persons which we shall determine by raffles that we are going to organize each month till the end of the year. And we request our personnel to organize such raffle each month in the entrance hall of the cafeteria and ensure a transparent raffle. We are going to give gifts to 21 persons in total by the end of the year. Follow us, good luck to everybody.
