Dr. Hikmet Vıcıl graduated from Karadeniz University, Faculty of Medicine. She completed his residency training in SSK Dışkapı Ankara Pediatrics Training Hospital.She worked as a practising physician in Amasya Central Health Center between 1983 and 1986, in emergency service of Amasya Ruhi Tingiz State Hospital between 1986 and 1989 and in Ankara No.12 Balgat AÇSAP Center between 1989 and 1992.

Dr. Vıcıl after serving as a pediatrics specialist in Çayeli Maternity and Children's Hospital and in Rize 82. Yıl State Hospital  retired from office.   Subsequently she worked for Private Istanbul Maltepe Regional Hospital until 2011. Dr. Vıcıl who started working in Anadolu Sağlık Merkezi in 2011 currently serves as a Pediatrics Specialist.
