Dr. Ali İhsan Aker completed his medical education in 1992 at Ege University Faculty of Medicine and 1997 in Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. During his specialization training, he established the first computerized system in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Medical Faculty along with several friends (1993). After his specialization, he completed his military service at the Naval Command in Gölcük. He worked in various private clinics and hospitals in Izmir and Manisa. He had over 100 thousand case experience. Having over 5,000 cases of experience in abdominal Ultrasound and Transthoracic Echocardiography, Dr. Aker has received more than 100 trainings for managing teams and improving their communication skills, believing that medicine is a team work.
Dr. Aker started to work as an internal medicine specialist in Anadolu Medical Center in 2009, preferring to continue his career in hospitals that can respond to all kinds of medical needs of patients, since he deals with the most complicated patients in medical science. He learned in depth the information system used at Anadolu Health Center and became one of Siemens trainers in Sorian Medsuite. For this purpose, he gave individual lessons to the physicians in the hospital. He also received Green Belt, Lean, and 6 Sigma trainings and played an active role in solution projects by examining the problems on doctor orders. Dr. Aker, who is also involved in the project on the management of diabetic patients, examined the world's insulin infusion scales and adapted the scale developed at the Yale University Faculty of Medicine to the Anatolian Health Center.
