JCI - Joint Commission International
European Society for Medical Oncology International Health Tourism Authorization CertificateAs Anadolu Medical Center Hospital, we are proud to be the first hospital in Türkiye to be surveyed according to the 8th edition standards by Joint Commission International (JCI) — one of the world’s most prestigious organizations in the field of quality and patient safety — and to have achieved JCI accreditation for the 7th time.
Recognized globally as the “gold standard” in healthcare, JCI accreditation was first granted to our hospital in 2007. As part of the re-certification process, which takes place every three years, Anadolu Medical Center Hospital has once again successfully completed the comprehensive on-site survey and evaluation, earning its 7th accreditation.
During this process, our hospital was rigorously assessed over the course of a week by JCI’s experienced experts across many areas, with a particular focus on patient-centered care, clinical quality, and patient safety.
What does JCI accreditation mean for our patients?
It means high-quality and safe healthcare services, where diagnostic and treatment processes are delivered by competent medical teams in line with the most up-to-date and reliable scientific guidelines. At the same time, it ensures that all possible measures are taken to protect patients from risks inherent in healthcare services. With these measures in place, “patient safety” is ensured — meaning every individual is safeguarded from potential harm.
